Dealer Questions

How many vehicles will I see per month? +
Volume depends on your market. We're launching in Eau Claire, WI and growing outward. Early dealers see every listing in their area with less competition from other dealers — which means higher win rates while we build seller supply.
What happens if the vehicle doesn't match the listing? +
If the seller's vehicle has undisclosed damage or condition issues that materially differ from the listing, you document the discrepancy with photos and can adjust or withdraw your offer. The platform's transparency protects both parties — sellers know this, which is why they're incentivized to be honest upfront.
Can I cancel my subscription? +
Yes. Cancel anytime with no penalty. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in. If CarXit isn't delivering inventory that makes you money, you should cancel.
What if a seller who chose to sell privately comes back later? +
You'll be notified when any previously listed vehicle in your area becomes available for dealer purchase again. These are pre-inspected, pre-documented vehicles from sellers who now have firsthand experience of how hard private selling actually is. They tend to be highly motivated.
How is this different from lead services? +
Lead services sell you contact information for people who might be interested. CarXit brings you documented vehicles from sellers who are actively selling. The vehicle data, photos, and condition report are already done. You're evaluating inventory, not chasing leads.
What about the sellers who don't accept a dealer offer? +
